Dear Minister MacKay,

I think the Garrick Theater should open again because when the tourists come and the Garrick Theater is not done, then the tourists would be leaving because they will not be able to go to look at a movie with their family and friends at the old Garrick Theater.

If the Garrick Theater opened again there will be more money coming into the town. The Garrick Theater will have more money to buy new movies. Then people will have a blast with their family.
