Dear Minister MacKay,

I am writing to you because you should help finish the Garrick Theater because it would be a place for kids and people to spend money. It is a historic place. It is part of Bonavista's heritage so it should be finished for Newfoundlanders to know about.

The tourists will spend their time and money too.
